Luxury newly renovated apartment/studio located at the very Center of Cannes within a distance 150 m to the Palace of Festivals and 250 m to the Railway Station. Surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. Only a 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach and to the old port. We offer an apartment perfect for any type of stay, both short-term (Film Festival, Mipim, Mipcom etc.) and long-term, in this picturesque city. Apartment located on the 3rd floor . BUILDING HAS AN ELEVATOR

The building is located on the corner of the Rue Buttura/Rue Antibes and offers a wide range of tourist attractions. The largest clothing brands ( Chanel , Gucci etc ) , the best restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, banks, a lot of streets for pedestrians only and the proximity of beaches make it the perfect location in Cannes.
