am 52 years old and sold my business in 2022. As a result, I purchased this apartment in Antibes to rent out and to use for vacations with my family. We have been coming to Antibes for 25 years, and we are still pleasantly surprised by the delicious restaurants and the fantastic climate every time we visit. My husband and I really enjoy helping guests get acquainted with Antibes. We love traveling, experiencing local culture, and savoring every moment! I am always reachable on my mobile phone and will respond within 1 hour during check-in and check-out. During your stay, I will respond within a maximum of 8 hours.

Property information

This apartment is located 50 meters from a beautiful sandy beach (or you can try the private beach club 100 meters away, Royal Beach) and boasts a spacious and stunning balcony with panoramic views. Please note that there is no elevator. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea from your luxurious private balcony on the UPPER FLOOR (take the stairs up).. All rooms offer stunning sea views.

Antibes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France The apartment is located right in front of the beach and within a short walking distance of Old Antibes, where you can find a fresh market, the Picasso Museum, excellent restaurants, and more. Transportation Options There is plenty of public transportation available, so you really don't need a car. If you do decide to rent a car, you can park it in the enclosed area around the building.
