The flat has been tastefully furnished and decorated around the theme of an emblematic local animal: the Lynx. Close to nature, this nest surrounded by greenery will help you recharge your batteries or where you can find the peace and quiet to work. As a host and local resident, I remain available by telephone or text message to answer any questions or needs you may have before, during and after your stay.

The Lynx is a 31 m² flat located 5 minutes' walk from the CV and shops. Thanks to its code handle, you can quickly take possession of the premises yourself, and the same goes for leaving. Independent arrival from 4pm and departure until 11am. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is made up as follows: - An entrance hall with dressing area and local information. - A living room with a dining area for 4 people and a fully-equipped desk (smartphone charging cable, JBL speaker, writing kit). - A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, crockery, wine glasses, glass of champagne, raclette machine, fondue machine, cooking utensils, etc. - Bathroom with wall-hung WC, large shower cubicle, washing machine with extra dryer. - A relaxation area with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a sofa that folds out into a double bed (140x190). Not forgetting the 120cm television, Blu-ray DVD player, Chromecast and Freebox with Netflix and Disney+. There are also books and games for all ages. - The property has free WIFI fibre access. You can sleep peacefully thanks to the electric roller shutters on all the windows, which ensure perfect darkness. If required, I can provide a secure cellar free of charge to store your sports equipment: bicycles, mountain bikes, skis, sledges, etc.

Located on the heights of Pontarlier in a residential area, the residence is surrounded by nature. Just a 5-minute walk from the town centre and shops, the market awaits you under the pagoda of the Halle Emile Pasteur, every Thursday and Saturday morning. The flat enjoys a peaceful setting with views over the countryside.
