Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with sofa and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer. Outside: - A 5 m² balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
