Outside, enjoy the large infinity pool (10x4 m), salt-treated, secured with an immersed cover and heated. There's also a pétanque court with boules and Mölkky, plus a ping-pong table with rackets and balls. The villa is family-friendly, offering baby gear such as a crib, high chair, kids' dishes, and a changing table. With 5 single beds (90x200 cm) and 3 double beds (160x200 cm), comfort is assured. Located in a secure, gated domain, the villa offers both tranquility and proximity to local hotspots. Built on the slopes of the Anthéor hillside, the villa allows you to hike in the Esterel mountains, renowned for their red rock formations and breathtaking sea views over Saint-Raphaël and Cannes. A private staircase leads directly to the sea, just 10 minutes' walk from the villa. A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each stay, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment for guests. GUEST ACCESS: Exclusive use of the property.
