Are you a large family? Or a group of colleagues on mission? Are you organizing a friendly reunion? Enjoy my house which offers a spacious shared space with 6 private bedrooms. Located in a residential area inside the Bordeaux ring road and next to the Tramway, the house will allow you to move around easily with or without a car. Well-equipped kitchen to prepare a good family meal on site. High speed wifi and desks in each room allow you to work in distance. 1-2 parking spaces in the fenced garden. Free parking area nearby. Very close to tram A, 2 mins walk, which takes you to the center of Bordeaux in 20 mins and to Merignac airport in a direct line. If you travel by car, it takes 30 mins to visit Saint Emilion (a village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), 45 mins to Lacanau Océan, 1 hour to the Arcachon beaches.
I am a wine merchant. I leave you my entire house for your comfort and ease, except the storeroom under the stairs and the shed in the garden. They are locked and please do not try to open them. Please let me know your arrival time as soon as you know. I will put the keys in a secure lockbox before your arrival for the self-check-in. I do not live on site but will be available if needed. I thank you for respecting the house as if it were your home, for electricity and water as for the rest, and for notifying me of any breakages or shortages so that I can repair and improve. ☺️ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of people indicated during the reservation. Extra linens should be asked in advance and may cause a supplemental charge. Parties are not allowed because it is in a quiet area and the neighbors are around. But if it is small events, birthdays or meals between family, I agree with prior arrangement. In this case you must plan time to clean up after your events and remember to sort your waste. Before departure, I kindly ask you to remove the bed linen to facilitate collection. Please do your used dishes and leave the house as you found it. 😊
Lormont is a very dynamic and residential area. Shops are nearby. The street where the house is located is a one-way street. It is quiet and you will find places to park easily in front of the house or a few steps further in a parking area. The surrounding environment is very safe. Public transport tramway A stop "Mairie de lormont" 2 minutes walk. 2 mins by car to access the Bordeaux ring road. Parking 1-2 spaces available in the private garden.
