Welcome to this house located in the town of Vierville sur mer in a dead end, just 10 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins from a supermarket. It has an exterior with a ping pong table not overlooked as well as a parking space inside the property. Games and toys for children available! Baby equipment on request. It is made up of a living room with lounge equipped with a TV, dining area, well-equipped kitchen and a snack bar with bar seats. The room is spacious, bed 160 (new and quality bedding), equipped with a TV, a desk (teleworking possible) and a storage cupboard. Shower room with WC and washing machine. Possibility to reserve the Vierville sur Mer tennis court located 5 minutes walk from the Post Office, open in the morning from Tuesday to Saturday The 1st floor of the house is also a seasonal rental, possibility of renting the whole house for 12 people. Dogs are welcome!! 25 euros supplement Outdoor space equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture, summer kitchen (induction hob, fryer, fridge) for your moments of relaxation! Parking space in the courtyard, closed space
