In the commune of Plounéour-Brignogan-plages, we offer you this charming 180 m² house with private swimming pool, about 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 90 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom (with bath), and a 500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 90 m² living room opening onto the garden with TV, sofa bed, games area (billiards, table soccer...) and bar. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - 2 dining areas - Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200), TV and baby cot - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190), a spare bedroom separated from the living room by a large curtain - Bedroom 3: with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 4) - Bathroom with bathtub - Bathroom with shower and WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 9×2 m private swimming pool heated to 28°C, open from April 1 to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured. - A 20 m² south-west-facing wooden terrace with dining area. - A lovely 500 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other notes: - All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent.
