The Accommodation Perched above the village, the gîte offers peaceful surroundings with sweeping views of the countryside. The ground floor features a bright living and dining area, along with a guest toilet. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen leads to a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, a central dressing area connects three bedrooms: -One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) -One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) -One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) -Each bedroom is equipped with a television. The house is fully air-conditioned to ensure year-round comfort. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and a second toilet. Outdoor Space A large terrace allows you to enjoy the beautiful landscape, and the tree-lined garden, measuring approximately 3000 m², is perfect for relaxing. A quiet country lane leads directly to the nearby river for leisurely walks or a refreshing dip. Access and Parking The gîte adjoins the main house but is entirely independent. Guests have full access to the house and a dedicated section of the garden. You can unload your luggage directly in front of the entrance, then park your vehicle in a private space located beside the property.
