Welcome to our beautiful house located in a quiet area of Préfailles, with a neat and well arranged decoration. This 60 m² house has a nice garden and a sunny terrace to enjoy your stay. Waterfront location: 350m from the beach and 5 minutes by car from the town centre and shops. Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability). THIS ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF: 🔹A bright living room composed of a lounge area with sofa, armchair and television as well as a dining area for 4 people 🔹A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils) 🔹A master bedroom with a double bed (140) and shelves 🔹A second bedroom with bunk beds, cupboard, chair and baby bouncer 🔹A shower room with shower, basin, storage unit and washing machine OUTSIDE: 🔹A beautiful fenced garden and its sunny terrace 🔹Barbecue, outdoor furniture, deckchair and hammock 🚗 Parking is possible on the left side of the house or in the garden.
