Our big house is really well located. It's in a quiet residential area, close to all the shops and restaurants and only 200meters away from the beach. The Courant, the river going from the lake to the beach, is only at the end of our street. You can park your car at the beginning of your stay and enjoy your stay by walking or cycling. Ideal to relax ! The house is divided in 5 apartments: 4 small ones at the ground floor and a nice big apartment totally renovated at the first floor. This one is for rent per bedroom or in entire, depends the season. But don't hesitate to contact us for any specific demand ;-)
We are Laurie & Byron, a french-welsh couple, who live in Mimizan since almost 10 years. We have a restaurant at the beach so we are always really busy but we will always be available to answer or help in any situation. We love Mimizan for his big natural spaces: the beach of course but also the forest and the lake. We like also to surf if we have the time ;-) We will be happy to share our favorite spots ! We also are passionate aboute renovation and big project so we decided to entirely renovate alone this big house since 2020. The birth of our twins the same year made the project a bit more complicated than expected ;-)
The area is cool: you can enjoy the nature with big spaces like the beach or the forest, but there is also a lot of activities to do for everybody and cool places to go for a drink or more. Ask us the best places to go ;-)
