In the heart of a typical stone village in Gard, a charming detached house of 110m2 awaits you. Located 10 minutes from Uzès and 20 minutes from the Pont du Gard, we offer you an entire house with a 900m2 plot - truly unique in the heart of a picturesque and charming small village. The house : Ground floor: entrance, separate toilet, bathroom, open kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet.
The house is located in the heart of a very peaceful village, with no busy roads, and it boasts the characteristic red stone architecture. Within a 5-minute walk from the house, you can visit an ancient 11th-century chapel perched at the top of the village, the Château de La Capelle, and the classified site of the rocky formations for a beautiful hiking experience. The nearby boules court allows you to practice pétanque or play molkky. Many surrounding villages are worth a visit, such as Vallabrix, Pougnadoresse, Saint Siffret, and, of course, renowned attractions like the lively city center of Uzès, the Pont du Gard, the Gardon Gorges (great for canoeing), Avignon, and the Nîmes arenas... all within a 30-minute drive.
