You have the entire place, independant entrance, 2 bedrooms, ideal for 4 to 5 people. Downstairs : Kitchen with gas hob, even, crockery set, coffe machine, kettle, toaster, "croque monsieur" maker...one bedroom with 2 beds size 90*200 (which can be joined to have à king size bed with an over mattress. Upstairs : bathroom with WC, italian shower, towel dryer, washing machine and storage unit. Storage units also available in bedrooms. Board games available in case of rainy days. Note : Staircase leaging upstairs is a bit steep. Elderly or disabled people may find it difficult to mount. Bed linen included, beds made upon arrival. Bathroom linen are not included and must be requested separetely before rental. You wish to come by train in Orthez station, we can meet you there, located 5 minutes away and provide you a rental car for the duration of your stay.

We live in another part of the house and will be close if you need to contact us during your stay whenever you need with great pleasure. We will try provide you everything you may need.

The house is part of a larg old mansion but you have the whole place to yourself without any opposite. Located opposite a charming little church, the first neighbors are at 300m away. Biron's lake located as 2km away from the house, ideal to waling, running and swimming with his large artificial fine sand beach, and play area for kids. Independance and autonomous entrance if desired. Located form 5 minutes to the A64 higway's exit as well as the Orthez train station (4 hours train from Paris Montparnasse). Shops, tobacco shops, bakerys and restaurants also 5 minutes by car. Many organic farms and local producers surrounding the area. Adresses will be communicated to you upon your arrival.
