Property information

Our house is probably the legacy of winegrowers who, when the vine was prosperous, built opulent houses. Indeed, it is built on a 27 m long dry stone vaulted cellar. It also has a round tower with a spiral staircase, hence its name. It is this stone staircase that provides access to the 1st floor to discover 2 guest rooms created in 2011. On the ground floor, in the old kitchen of the house is the Comtoise fireplace in local stone, dated. Here too we set up the first guest room in 2002. Our rooms are classified 3 épis by Gîtes de France. Meals and breakfasts are served in the 35 m2 living room, refurbished in the old style with its large farm table. Enclosed and shaded park with a children's swing. Possibility of hosting several horses in boxes or pasture. Table d'hôtes by reservation only. Sheltered and concreted room for motorcycles and bicycles, enclosed courtyard. On-site parking closed and secure. Room for 3 people equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed with a bathroom and toilet. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable. Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present.
