The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
To finalize the reservation, all the adults who will occupy the house must sign a seasonal rental agreement. To establish this contract, I need double-sided identity cards from all adults who will occupy the house. For all foreigners over 15 years old, you must complete a police form with the following informations: Last name and first names , Date and place of birth, Nationality, The foreigner's usual place of residence, The foreigner's mobile phone number and email address, The date of arrival at the establishment and the planned departure date. 50% of the amount of the stay must be paid by bank transfer or by paypal at the signature of the agreement. In the event of cancellation, this 50% is refunded by bank transfer or by paypal within 7 days. The remaining 50% is to be paid by bank transfer or by paypal on the day of arrival. A security deposit of €300 must be paid in cash or by check (which will not be cashed) or by bank transfer or PayPal on the day of your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure if there is no problem with the house.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
