Our lovely house in a peaceful country area offers a perfect vacation just 5 minutes from all amenities. Our guests can enjoy a woody garden, a pond, an outside seating area with BBQ, and games room with a unique pool table and ping-pong table. The 160 sqm house is let as one unit accommodating up to 8 people or can be let as two self-sufficient separate units (Harmony Unit or Dream Unit). A welcome basket is offered on arrival. Harmony is a 110sqm self-sufficient unit with a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is large sofa that also converts into a bed, a smart flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, free Netflix are provided. Two direct exits to the garden and BBQ area. Going upstairs from the entry hall you will find a spacious beautiful attic bedroom containing a king size bed, sofa bed, air conditioning unit, bathroom, and toilet. Dream is a 55 sqm self-sufficient unit accommodating up to 4 persons. Going in from a private entrance, a large bedroom with a king size bed, living room area which includes sofa bed, smart flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, free Netflix are provided, shower room and toilets. Few direct exits to the garden and BBQ area. Upstairs a lovely mezzanine with a fully equipped kitchenette.
Our house is in a lovely green, peaceful area of the countryside. Surrounded by woods, rivers, Medieval towns, national parks, trails, and lots of fun activities. Fougères is 32 km away (35 min). In Gorron Parc De Loisirs de Colmont includes of a rope park, paintball, laser game, golf course, kayak, picnic area. 15 min Parc naturel Régional and Géoparc Normandie-Maine, Bagnoles de l'Orne is 42 km from the accommodation. Laval 48 km. Domfront 26 km. while Rennes 84 km, Mont Saint-Michel 67km
