## The neighborhood By residing in Le Bouscat, you'll be able to enjoy numerous walks in parks nearby the apartment, like the Ermitage park 5 min away, the famous parc Bordelais 20 min away by foot, or even the big Bois du Bouscat, only 20 min away by feet. You'll only be 5 min away from the tramway, which will take you to the center of Bordeaux in no time. You'll then be able to visit the city by foot, with its little and typical streets. Your steps will lead you to many cafés on the Garonne river docks and the Capucins market, famous for its quality produce and nice atmosphere.
