We provide holiday rentals throughout Brittany. For this type of rental, arrivals and departures are autonomous. A contact person remains at your disposal throughout your stay.

Sheltered from view, this secluded house enjoys an exceptional location, with the coastal path and the sea at the end of the property. The nearby stream and sea and the sound of birdsong will provide you with a change of scenery, tranquillity and relaxation in a privileged green setting. Ground floor: American kitchen with a small sea view (fridge-freezer, induction hob + hood, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and Senseo, toaster, kettle) opening onto living room (55' HD TV, flat screen, french channels only), fireplace and dining area (seats 6), bedroom (bed 140 x 190) with wardrobe, bathroom with washbasin, separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 130 x 190) with wardrobe, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with dresser, 1 adjoining bedroom (bed 120 x 190) with wardrobe, 1 WC with washbasin. Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. South-facing stone terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and charcoal barbecue. 2 parking spaces. Large landscaped garden of approx. 4000m². No internet connection. To be paid upon arrival: Security deposit (500 EUR) [bank imprint] + tourist tax (according to current rate). Included in the rental price: utilities*, final cleaning and linen (sheets and towels). Firewood and charcoal are not supplied. * Electricity consumption billed according to meter reading from 01.01 to 31.03 and from 30.09 to 31.12 (EUR 0.20 incl. VAT / kWh) The following can be provided for your child : High chair (10 EUR) - Baby bath tub (10 EUR) - baby potty (5 EUR) - travel cot with mattress (10 EUR) Dogs are allowed (2 maximum). This accomodation is not suitable for the mobility impaired.

Neighbourhood information

Telgruc-sur-Mer is renowned for its hilly landscape and contrasting coastline. Trez Bellec beach, with its fine sand, is protected from currents and offers mild bathing water. The Luzéoc windmill overlooking Trez Bellec beach offers a magnificent panorama of the Bay of Douarnenez. The beach at Trez Bihan is a rugged paradise that is more difficult to access. The nautical centre offers catamaran, kayak, sailing and surfing courses. Every Tuesday and Friday, a market featuring local products is held in the church square in the town centre.
