THE HOUSE: La Maison Saint Germain is part of an Art Club, driven by a non-profit Art Foundation. Staying at La Maison Saint Germain you agree to become a Temporary Member of the Club. The proceeds of the rooms are reinvested in a cultural and artistic project. THE ROOMS: La Maison Saint Germain has Three Suite Rooms at disposal, is located on the first floor with elevator of a classic Haussmann Building dating 1880 with parquet, moulure, fireplaces… Our guests will have a private Suite Room of 30m2 with double bed, double windows with balcony, fireplace and private ensuite full bathroom with shower. There are no other shared parts of the House. SERVICES: Bed linen, Towels, Hairdryer, Complimentary toiletries, WiFi, HOUSE RULES: The check-in is possible between 15:00 and 18:00 by APPONTMENT. Please make sure to let us know your arrival time the day before your arrival to get organized. Friends of guests are not admitted. Parties are not permitted. All the House in not smoking area. An ID and your credit card details are required before arrival. Photos or videos inside the properties are not permitted for the privacy of the Property and all guests.
