15 minutes from Carcassonne and in the heart of the Cathar countries, Maison Saint Jules was built circa 1870 and is located in the centre of town of the circulade town of Bram. The large balconies for dining or relaxing and private garden with hot tub spa make Maison Saint Jules a special haven in the town. The Garden space and well equipped gym are shared with the owners who live next door. The house is typically French and has lots of space. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 5 bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area, a well equipped kitchen. Each room has a fan for summer time. All linen and towels are provided for guests.

Bram, 15 minutes from Carcassonne, is a pretty town nestled in a wide valley of the Aude (Lauragais) which extends between the Mediterranean and Toulouse. The Canal du Midi is only 10 minutes walk from the city and is one of the World Heritage sites. A bike path joins the city at the Canal du Mid and allows you to enjoy beautiful bike rides. Bram is the largest example of a circular city in Europe and hosts a thriving weekly market every Wednesday throughout the year. The city has 2 coffee bars, one of which serves lunch, and several restaurants. There are also hairdressers, beauty salons, shops, banks, florists, tobacco shops and a Carrefour supermarket. In terms of culture, the city has an archaeological museum and a house of arts (Essarts) which host beautiful exhibitions! The city is safe and generally very quiet at night. We are only 15 minutes from Carcassonne and the airport. For children, there is a nice park in the city and several playgrounds. At 1.5 km from the city, a beautiful lake is home to fantastic telesking / wakeboarding and a bar-restaurant. The Cité in Carcassonne is only 15 minutes away and is absolutely exceptional.
