## The neighborhood Ile Tudy is an old fishing village. Port 2 steps from the house. Boat link for pedestrians using "le passeur" from the port to Loctudy. 50 metres from the house: one on the sea side and one on the river side Beaches a hundred metres away (supervised beach in July and August - ideal for children!). Within walking distance of all amenities (bakery, mini-market, market at Ile-Tudy every Monday morning, bars, restaurants, crêperies, etc.). Water sports - DIRECT access on site at Ile-Tudy: surfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddling, etc. Mini-golf and tennis. Fishing on foot. Water walking / coastal lunging. Swimming lessons Nautical centre. Cycling and walking (GR). Children's play area. Very easy access, 5 minutes from the motorway, 20 minutes from Quimper (station/airport).
