Set in private grounds adjacent to the pool, our luxurious gite opposite the main house (not overlooked) offers stunning accommodation in a beautiful, tranquil setting. We have lots of facilities (that you don't share as you will be the only guests) these include, a 10m x 5m heated pool, BBQ, Plancha cooking grill, pizza oven, gymnasium, golf simulator, Petanque, electric mountain bikes, large enclosed gardens and orchard and over two acres of woods. The full size golf simulator has a choice of over 1,800 courses to choose from. All equipment is provided free of charge. The gite offers every comfort including a 50" Smart TV (French channels, Netflix & Amazon Prime) and Alexa throughout the gite, gym and by the pool. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything including dishwasher, blender and bean to cup coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine and air fryer. Upstairs, there is seating and a viewing gallery overlooking the lounge, perfect for a coffee in the morning while listening to the news or music on Alexa. Guests also have access to the washing machine at the back of the gym, which is free of charge. The bathroom features antique fittings and a large shower. There is also an illuminated well and antique furniture throughout, giving you the perfect blend of old and new.. Couples with a baby are also welcome. A free cot is available on request.

After moving to France in 2017, we have welcomed many guests who all stated that our property and location has a real "wow" factor. Our nearest village is Limalonges which is 2 km away and offers a local bar and restaurant. Sauze Vaussais is 2 minutes by car and has a supermarket, bank, bakery, fuel and cashpoint. The property is ideally located for exploring the coast with Ile de Ré and La Rochelle just 1 hour 15mins away or inland to the beautiful villages of Verteuil (shown in the photos) and Nanteuil en Vallée. Cognac, Poitiers, Angoulême and Bordeaux are also easily accessible. France markets - We have a great choice of markets within easy reach.
