## The space ~ IDEAL LOCATION a stone's throw from the center and shops. Close to the region's emblematic places of life: Les Grands Buffets, La Réserve Africaine de Sigean, Le Gouffre de l'œil Doux, La fête funaine de Saint Pierre la Mer, etc. ~ EASY PARKING in the residence, you will have your space N°522 as well as visitor spaces. ~ FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN to concoct good little dishes (Dolce Gusto coffee maker and induction hob) ~ BEDROOM upstairs on an open mezzanine, 140x190 bedding. You have at your disposal, an additional BZ sofa. On the ground floor, you have a trundle bed. ~ Sunny TERRACE with a table, chairs, sun loungers and wood barbecue. ~ SWIMMING POOL in the residence with access via a bracelet (5 bracelets provided) ~ PETANQUE COURT in the residence ~ TENNIS COURT in the residence available subject to reservation using the key provided in your rental.
