House ideally located on the banks of the Cher, in the center of Saint Aignan, charming medieval city. Close to the Zoo Park Beauval, and near the most beautiful castles of the Loire. Recently renovated, this house, combines charm of old and modern comfort, to offer you an unforgettable stay, with family or friends, in a friendly and refined atmosphere. Comfortable all-inclusive services (bed linen, towels, toiletries) Spacious and comfortable accommodation of 200m2 on 2 floors, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed for 2, another living room with a pool table. On the first floor, 1 double bedroom queen size bed with toilet and private Italian shower. 1 family suite, with queen size bed, with his own toilet and Italian shower, an adjacent room to the parents' room with a sofa bed 140cm. Another family suite, with king size bed, with his own toilet and Italian shower, a small adjacent room with a sofa bed 110cm On one side a pleasant garden of 400m2 overlooking the Cher and on the other, a courtyard with direct access to the city center. This house has been renovated with great care, it can accommodate up to 10 people
