An Imposing stone built Napoleonic Manoir set in well kept gardens of a hecter.
A hamlet on the Boutonne river surrounded by farmland and miles of off road tracks. Walking distance of 2 large forests, and within an hour of beaches, and half an hour from the wine regions if Cognac.
