Company information

Taking over from Annick, Aude and Rob have a wealth of experience in different industries but all catered to providing a great customer experience. Aude grew up in the house and has been a part of the B&B helping Annick through the years until recently returning to France with Rob to allow Annick to relax and enjoy retirement. Aude is now bi-lingual speaking both English and French perfectly. Rob a British national has worked in hospitality in the past but specialised in motor engineering for some 25 years the last 5 years with Aude. Delivering for our customer is what we live for and we hope that we would exceed your expectations should you stay with us.

Property information

A 17th century Manor house in the middle of a stunning 3 hectare park, a true haven of peace in the heart of the Loire Valley. The attractive manor also boasts a window from the Royal Chateau d'Amboise embossed with François 1er. steeped in history this Manor is sure to please. Close to Touraine-Vouvray vineyard and the beautiful Loire castles including Château d'Amboise, Château Gaillard and Château du Clos Lucé, the last residence of Leonardo da Vinci. Opposite to the Manor, the old stable block is now home to our 2 tastefully renovated bedrooms with charming beamed ceilings and some with exposed stone walls. Situated next to the Manor, another 2 classic styled rooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor) benefit from high, beamed ceilings, authentic French furniture and beautiful tiled floor. Finally, a suite is located on the first floor of the main house. Room with a maximum capacity of 2 adults. No children allowed. With beamed ceilings and exposed stonework and the old fireplaces this suite has the authentic and original classic French style.

Neighbourhood information

set on top of the hill some 10 minute walk from the town the Manor is peaceful and quiet with no passing traffic yet close enough to walk into the centre to enjoy a meal at one of the lovely restaurants or drink at a cafe or bar, Amboise is a stunning old town on the banks of the Loire. Our park with it's 150ft trees some hundreds of years old tower above you in their grandure and provide a beautiful setting to stay in.
