In a small picturesque village at the bottom of a semi-circular valley crowned by cliffs, small house of character, completely renovated with taste, adjoining the owners' house. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room with convertible sofa, TV and WIFI, pellet stove, a bathroom with large Italian shower, a separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing with office, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 twin 80 cm beds. Small unenclosed exterior and facade in development courtyard. Easy parking on the street (public car park a few steps from the gîte). Numerous hiking trails, paragliding, golf nearby. 6,5 km from the Burgundy Canal and its cycle route. 12 km from the Dijon-Prenois racing circuit. 25 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and its City of Gastronomy. “All-inclusive” gîte: sheets, cleaning, towels, heating and electricity. Bed and chair for baby/little child.
