Our family home is located in the middle of nature, next to a forest... Greenery is omnipresent. The farm is isolated, there is no noise except cicadas, birds and frogs. It is a perfect place for family gatherings, friends or sports associations. Telework is possible (2 WIFI on site). The village Sarrians is 3km away, where there are hypermarkets, bakeries, butchers, etc. The farmhouse was built more than 300 years ago, the walls are more than 60cm thick and keep cool during periods of high heat. The parasol plane tree, also three hundred years old, in front of the house gives a shade of more than 27 m long. The house is very spacious & confortable to receive friends or family. In front of the house, garden furniture is provided for 17 people, sun loungers, relaxed chairs and a ping-pong table. An above-ground swimming pool with a removable stepladder is placed on the ground 10 metres from the house. (3.5 width x 7.2 length x 1.5 height). The layout of the house is with furniture mottled or inherited. The décor is a mixture of rustic and light south.... While keeping the soul of the house. An authentic place to discover !

Very quite, there is a small way to our home.... almost no car, no people ! The village (4000 persons) is only 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes walk !
