Cozy room with AC, fast wifi, TV, central heating, balcony, key for the door, sofa-bed, single bed, desk, table, and wardrobe with drawers. The flat is in the Nice center, near the train and tram station. The flat is on 4 floors with a lift. The bathroom and the WC are separate. The room is equipped with cutlery, kitchenware, cookware, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, and a toaster. Nearby there are several supermarkets.
I do like meeting new people and enjoying a chat sometimes. I like yoga and workout, watching videos, and reading books.
The apartment is in downtown. Nearby there is the new building called Iconic Diamond-shaped. Many restaurants, fast food, and shops all around. Also, the Gare de Sud market, cinema, coffee shop, and brasseries. The beach is in 15 minutes walk. Museum in 10 minutes by walking.
