## The space Nestling in a green setting, Amélie is a magnificent 85 m2 T5 house that offers a pleasant travel experience. On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall with storage space, a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant living room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. There's plenty of room for your car in the closed garage, and the 600m2 garden with its swing offers you the chance to relax and unwind. The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils) lets you prepare delicious dishes and enjoy them in comfort in the living room, which opens onto the garden. Upstairs, the bedrooms promise a cosy night's sleep, with a 160 cm double bed, two 140 cm beds and, in the last bedroom in the attic, two 90 cm beds. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. ## The neighborhood Val-de-Reuil is surrounded by large natural areas, such as the Eure valley and the Bord forest. The house is located not far from these green areas, allowing residents to enjoy a calm and pleasant environment, while remaining close to the town's amenities. The neighbourhood is mainly made up of modern single-family and multi-family homes. The architecture is functional, in the spirit of the new towns, with facilities designed to make daily life easier. Val-de-Reuil is well served by transport infrastructure, with a SNCF train station linking the town to Paris in around 1 hour. Local public transport also makes it easy to get around the town. The neighbourhood is close to a range of public services, including schools, shops and sports facilities. As Val-de-Reuil is a medium-sized town, it's fairly easy for residents to get to the various neighbourhoods to access the services they need. Val-de-Reuil is known for being home to leading-edge companies, particularly in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. The district therefore benefits indirectly from this economic dynamism, even though it is mainly a residential area. It's a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for families and people looking for a peaceful environment with access to modern facilities.
