Magnificent 3 room apartment, 95M2 with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with bathtub. It is located on the 1st Floor (without elevator), and offers you a magnificent view from the hill of Mont Boron. Very calm. Family accommodation, ideal for 4 people. Spacious, high ceiling, bright, and cozy, you will be seduced. Air conditioning in the living room, through apartment and very well ventilated. WIFI, and great benefits. Magnifique appartement 3 pièces, 95M2 avec 2 chambres, cuisine entièrement équipée, grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Il est situé au 1er Étage (sans ascenseur), et vous offre une magnifique vue depuis la colline du Mont Boron. Très calme. Logement familial, idéal pour 4 personnes. Spacieux, haut de plafond, lumineux et cosy, vous serez séduit. Climatisation dans le séjour, appartement traversant et très bien ventilé. WIFI, et belles prestations.

The Mont Boron, is a residential area of Nice, particularly appreciated for its architecture, its calm and the magnificent view of the Baie des Anges that the Parc du Mont Boron offers. Supermaket and organic market at 50 meters by walk. Riquier station 15/20 minutes on foot; Bus number 30 to get to the city center (Arts promenade just next to the famous MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art). Tramway to the Port of Nice which goes to the airport via the city center. Le Mont Boron, est un quartier résidentiel de Nice, particulièrement apprécié pour son architecture, son calme et la magnifique vue sur la Baie des Anges qu'offre le Parc du Mont Boron. Supermarché et marché bio à 50 mètres à pied. Gare de Riquier à 15/20 minutes à pied ; Bus numéro 30 pour se rendre au centre-ville (promenade des Arts juste à côté du célèbre MAMAC (Musée d'Art Moderne et Contemporain). Tramway vers le Port de Nice qui va à l'aéroport via le centre-ville.
