Property information
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering to let this old farmhouse, renovated in 2023, with open-air swimming pool and multi-sports pitch. Situated on the hillsides of Toulouse, in the middle of sunflower fields, you'll enjoy enchanting peace and quiet and uninterrupted views as far as the Pyrenees.
With a floor area of 285 m², the house can accommodate up to 11 people and comprises a pretty 36 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 3,000 m².

- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a private washbasin area

- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- A bathroom with bath and WC
- A laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, clotheshorse, iron...
Upstairs:
- A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an extendable sofa-bed
- A 32 m² master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large desk for working
- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- A games room with library, TV, DVD player, board games, Playmobil...
- A large under-roof room with table tennis
Outside, you will find :
- A private swimming pool (8mx4m), unheated, open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 October and protected by a secure cover and anti-drowning alarm system

Neighbourhood information
The house is ideally located in Belbèze-de-Lauragais, in a very quiet environment, 5 minutes from Montgiscard, a typical village with its bell tower-wall and Sunday market, where you can find several types of stores and services, as well as a shopping center for your errands.
Activities :
The region lends itself to many sporting and recreational activities: visits to the cities of Toulouse (30min) and Carcassonne (50min), bike rides along the Canal du Midi, mountain hikes (the Pyrenees are an hour's drive away).
Access:
Two entrances with remote-controlled gates, give access to the property with space to park several vehicles, in addition to the double garage featuring an electric car connection.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, which can accommodate two medium-sized vehicles, or in the house's private parking lot.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau SNCF station, about 35 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport is about 30min away by car.

- Baby equipment (cot, high chair, plastic crockery and cutlery, etc.) available on request.
- Functional fireplaces, wood available to guests.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual
- Accommodation not accessible to the disabled (many steps)
- A security camera has been installed at the entrance to the house, covering the outside area
