The fine print
When booking less than 4 nights, guests can request for breakfast at an extra cost. Request must be done prior to the arrival.
The inventory of fixtures and fittings and the inventory of furniture and equipment will be drawn up jointly at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner or his/her representative and the tenant. The state of cleanliness of the studio on the tenant's arrival must be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before departure. However, a ‘cleaning’ package at the end of your stay is available for €100. A request must be made in advance for this sum to be paid when the keys are handed over.
Any additional cleaning, laundry or damage costs will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately.
