This charming holiday home accommodates up to 4 people and is located in a quiet area, just a 5-minute drive from the popular resort of Pléneuf-Val-André. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom opening onto a ground-level terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to a second terrace overlooking the garden. Inside, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bedroom with a bathroom. The enclosed garden is perfect for children and pets. Two cars can be safely parked. The house is in Saint-Alban, between the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and the Emerald Coast. It is close to beautiful beaches and the port of Dahouët. The 2.5 km-long Val-André beach is one of the most beautiful on the northern coast. The local golf course also attracts many visitors. A security deposit of EUR 40,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
