Cannes offers a unique blend of luxury, history, and natural beauty. Located on the French Riviera, Cannes boasts golden sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, stunning architecture, and vibrant nightlife. It is also home to the famous Cannes Film Festival, which attracts celebrities and film enthusiasts from all over the world. In addition, the town is known for its world-class shopping, dining, and cultural exhibits. Whether looking to relax on the beach, explore museums, or indulge in high-end cuisine, Cannes offers plenty of activities for all types of tourists. This luxury apartment is located at No.6 La Croisette in Cannes on the 4th floor above the Chanel store, directly opposite the famous Palais des Festivals, which plays host to many leading events annually. The property presents a fantastic opportunity for rental, whether for a short city break, visiting the many events hosted annually, or a longer stay to soak up the sunshine, relax and immerse yourself in the unique Cannes Riviera lifestyle. The apartment comprises a sitting room, small kitchen, double bedroom, WC, and bathroom, with a large balcony that is drenched with sunshine and offers views of the sea while also overlooking the Palais des Festival’s famous red carpet. The total size of the apartment is 43sq.m with the large balcony adding an additional 17sq.m
This property has been in my family for over 30 years and has always been one of my favourite places to stay. I'm delighted to be able to offer this property for discerning guests to stay and enjoy the wonders of Cannes and the Riviera lifestyle. With its excellent location, the apartment places guests in the centre of life in Cannes, which I myself have enjoyed many times, and I hope that it will give the same enjoyment to our guests.
All of the amenities in Cannes are a short walk away, including a wide variety of restaurants and bars, as well as famous hotels including the Ritz-Carlton, the Majestic and the Martinez. The apartment is a 25-minute drive from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport and a 5-minute walk from Cannes railway station.
