Welcome to L'Oasis! Our flat is decorated in a renovated antique style, offering a unique blend of tradition and modernity. The living area consists of an open-plan fitted kitchen and a bright lounge with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200cm). The bedroom offers a calm and peaceful space, with a comfortable bed (160x200cm), a TV and a small study area. Ideally located close to shops and Paris Metro 7 - Porte d'Italie (10min walk). It is in the 3rd floor without elevator. For your information, the security deposit is made by credit card imprint, the secured amounts are neither blocked nor debited. The credit card limit is therefore not affected. security deposit is made from a bank card imprint
