Situated 10km from the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne, 45 minutes from the Mediterranean sea/ Pyrénées mountains, L’oliveraie is nestled in a forest of evergreen oaks.
A welcome basket of some local products for you to discover what our beautiful region has to offer will be waiting for you upon arrival.

We have our olive farm and produce our very own organic olive oil which we’ll be more than happy to share with you.
During the winter months we ‘hunt’ our black truffles, which are unearthed by our lagottos Masha and Stella.
