A bright sunny spacious cottage tucked away in the private courtyard of The Mad Hatters Kitchen restaurant. It has two ground floor double bedrooms and a gallery bedroom with two single beds (not suitable for children under 6 yrs) The cottage has a bright sitting room and a neat kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. Please note the cottage is not suitable for wheelchairs. The cottage is rented as a whole property (not shared) pricing structure is for the quantity of rooms booked, the bedrooms are designed for two people sharing.Please note there is no internet or TV although the internet can be accessed in the main house at Mad Hatters kitchen. The restaurant open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes.
Mad Hatters Kitchen, bar and restaurant, and Butterfly cottage are privately run by your host Charlotte the cottage is situated in a quiet village with lovely woodland walks, it's the perfect place for a two night stay, if you are travelling further, or a longer stay if preferred. We can arrange to cook evening meals by request in advance, the restaurant and bar are open Thurs, Fri, Sat evenings and Sunday lunchtimes - breakfast can be arranged at an extra charge. Dogs must be kept on leads, please let us know if you are bringing more than one dog as our dog free policy is only for one dog! The cottage is not shared with anyone, the charges are for the whole cottage priced per room depending on how many are in your party. Two - Seven nights booked have a discount of 15% Longer stays can be negotiated.
Near to The Vallee de Singe, Futurescope, the coast is a 1hr30 mins drive to the city of La Rochelle and the beaches. Also the cottage is the perfect stop over on a trip further south as we are just 10 minutes off the main N10 route south.
