Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place!!! Our charming airbnb is a studio room of 20 m2 with a comfortable double bed, a private kitchen and private bathroom. Located 5 minutes from Paris by metro in a lively area, this newly renovated and fully equipped studio will make your stay in Paris like a home of happiness.
The apartment is very well located in a lively neighbourhood: - Bus station at the foot of the house, 3 minutes 1 trip, especially the 47 bus from 6 am to 23 pm passing through the entire center of Paris -Bank (LCL, BNP...) at the foot of the building - Commercial center opposite the building - Supermarket Auchan, Action, Lidl, Picard... are opposite of the building -McDonald, KFC, Hippotamus... are opposite of the building -Pharmacie, flower shop, laundry... are opposite of the building -Shops, European and Asian restaurants, Kebap, cafes... right at the foot and around the building -2 Gym centers next door -Small square with fountains is opposite of the building to enjoy the view - Sports complex, swimming pool are 1km away from the airbnb - 750m from District 13, the center of Vietnamese and Asian cuisine restaurants in Paris - 700m from Vietnamese market, 1.5km from Chinese market - 5km from Notre Dame Cathedral, 8km from Eiffel Tower
