Stone built cottage adjoining owners home. Fully equipped modern kitchen, downstairs cloakroom in addition to the bathroom.
Located about 1.5K from Nantiat with an off road footpath through the woods. Nantiat has a small supermarket, petrol station, bakers and banks. A 20 minute drive from Oradour sur Glane, the martyrs village and about the same to St Pardoux lake with its three beaches and country walks.
