House adjoining that of the owners, on independent garden with private access road. The Penny Lane gite is in the center of the small village of Géronce, on the main street. You are in the Béarn des Gaves (salmon fishing), between the spa resort of Salies de Béarn, the listed village of Navarrenx, and the town of Oloron from which all the Pyrenean valleys (Aspe, Ossau, Baretous) start. Mountain 40 mins. Spain at 1 a.m. On the ground floor you will find: -A well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) with dining area opening onto the terrace. -A spacious living room (TV, WIFI connection, library, DVD player, game console). -A garage with laundry room (washing machine, dryer), shower and extra toilet. Upstairs : - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bed 90, 1 bed 120). Beds made for your arrival. Baby equipment. - Bathroom and separate wc. Bathroom linen provided. Gas heating in addition (meter reading). Enclosed grounds of 350 m2, covered terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking in this private property, fenced and closed by gate.
