Charming renovated apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a quiet residence, while being close to all shops and at the foot of the market. Lovely 18 m² terrace, sunny and planted with trees, ideal for relaxing. The residence is secure and has an assigned parking space. The train station is only 5 minutes away. Arcachon is accessible in 5 minutes and Bordeaux in 45 minutes by regional train. A bus service is also available, as well as cycle paths. Access to the Dune du Pilat and the ocean beaches is easy. The coastal path leads to the oyster port and its tasting huts. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Wi-Fi connection is not available in all rooms of the apartment.
