## The space This one bedroom apartment is located in a building with an elevator and is located at the 4th level. It is composed as followed : - Entrance hall with storages - Independant kitchen with stoves, oven, micro-wave, kettle, filter coffee machine, laundry machine, ustentils - Living room with a dining room table for 4 people, a convertible couch (140x200cm) and AC - The balcony has a table for two outside and is accessible by the living room and the kitchen - Bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), fan, storage, AC - Bathroom with a bathtub, a sink - Independant toilets The apartment has AC and WIFI No parking ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Guest interaction Guests will be in contact with the agency throughout their stay in order to insure the quality of your holidays. The agency will contact you a few days before arrival in order to confirm your check in time. If you wish to arrival outside of the authorised check in time, please contact the agency in order to know if an early / late check in is possible. ## Other things to note The cleaning is included in the reservation. However, dishes need to be made upon check out and trashes need to be evacuated. There is one set of bed linen per bed upon arrival according to the number of guests noted on the booking. Same for towels, there will be 1 large towel per person upon arrival and 1 small If you want cleaning during your stay or new linens, please contact the agency in order to get a quote for these extra services. Parties / Pets / Smoking are forbidden. No parking No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.

## The neighborhood The apartment is located in a perfect spot of Antibes since it is only a few steps only to the famous Place de Gaulle where there is a supermarket, restaurants, a boulangerie, shops and bars in less than 5 mn walking distance. The train station is about 10 mn walking distance to the building and lots of buses are located in front of the residency.
