A true haven of peace in the heart of the Belle Epoque district, the Pokerdas apartment is located in a pretty art-deco villa facing the sea, just 2 steps from the sandy beach and the town center with its shops and restaurants. As exotic as it is captivating, with a full sea view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom, the Pokerdas offers all the comforts of home: a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a big-screen TV and sofa bed (140x200), a bedroom with double bed and storage space, a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Private parking is available in front of the villa. At your convenience, and for an additional fee to be paid on arrival at the latest, we can provide additional services such as towels and sheets, baby cots and housekeeping on departure. Pets will also be charged extra. Please contact us, by reservation only, for prices and options.
