This gite is a renovated wing of the property, with direct access to the wooded grounds and the 10m x 5m private swimming pool. The pool is located at the other end of the house. A pergola will shelter you from the sun for your meals outside. The 4,000m² enclosed park is at your disposal. Bed linen and towels provided.
We are a young retired couple, in love with Provence. We love this property for its calm and unspoilt environment.
Very quiet, country-style setting with truffle oaks, lavender, vines, cypress and pine trees. We benefit from an excellent living environment. We're just 3 kilometers from all amenities, including bakeries, grocery stores, DIY centers, hospitals and cinemas. Numerous AOC Côtes de Rhône wine cellars. Numerous hilltop villages. Many places to visit.

We are not connected to the city water network. We only have borehole water certified potable by the COFRAC laboratory but which we recommend not drinking due to the occasional presence of sand. We recommend drinking bottled water.

“Provence-cool” - Recently renovated vacation home located in Visan. This vacation home features a 10m x 5m private swimming pool, a 4,000m² wooded park, a barbecue, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is 17 km from the Wine University.

This rental is not shared with other holidaymakers.
