4* establishment. In a quiet cul-de-sac, 3-room apartment, all comfort, located on the 1st floor of a recent luxury building with lift. Living room and bedrooms on large terrace, facing south, above a private green garden. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, espresso machine, ... Living room furnished with sofa, armchair, coffee table, library, Smart TV (OCS and Netflix available), hi-fi radio system, office space to facilitate teleworking (fiber, Wi-Fi) and dining room with table and 6 chairs. 2 bedrooms equipped with top-of-the-range bedding and large built-in cupboards: 1 queen-size bed and 2 x 35.5 inches (90cm)beds that can be combined into 1 king-size bed. Bathroom with bath, double bathroom sink, heated towel rail and separate WC with bathroom sink. In the basement, a car box (width: 78.7 inches) and large space for bicycles, motorbike and scooters Sheets, towels and household linen provided. Cot and high chair on request

Many quality food shops, department stores, restaurants, cinemas, sports halls and public transport are in the immediate vicinity, but also the Judge Clinic 50m and 200m from the ST Joseph Hospital
