A comfortable cottage in the heart of Saramon rentable all year round. You have stayed in an atypical and comfortable house, dating back about 200 years and steeped in history since the rampart of the village relieves the two initial houses to make them only one. It will delight people looking for the authenticity and richness of the department, very thick walls, some half-timbered, terracotta tiles ... In the heart of the village of Saramon, you will have many shops and parking facilities: 3 spaces in front of the gîte, a 4th at the back and a parking lot 10m away. You will appreciate its "cozy" garden with a terrace with removable awning, a grassy area with deckchairs. … A stone's throw from a children's play area and the large leisure center with swimming just 300 meters from the gîte! All the amenities on site, a warm welcome… at the end of your stay, you will have only one desire… come back! Entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, separate wc outside. Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with 1 king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet. A bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom / wc accessible from this bedroom, 3 steps to access bedroom 3 with 1 bed 90. A bedroom with 2 double beds and a sink. Flower garden with terrace. Oil heating in addition.
