A peaceful retreat, on the ground floor, with a double bed, private shower, seperate toilet, and a kitchenette, within strolling distance of vineyards and olive groves. Easy access without steps from the driveway to your private entrance and no steps in the property itself. With outdoor seating area. Beautiful views of Rennes le Château hill and the Pyrénées. 11 mins to Rennes-les-Bain hot springs. Famed Esperaza Sunday market 2km away. River swims close by. 5 mins walk to great local store with fresh bread and croissants, and two café's close by. 9 mins drive to Rennes le Château. Kayaking adventures offered in Couiza. 15 minutes drive to world famous Limoux Carnaval! (From 25 janvier - 6 avril 2025) 1.5 hrs to Perpignan and the Med, Andorra 2.5 hrs, Barcelona 3.5 hrs. Skiing can be 1hr away. Airports: Carcassonne 40mins Toulouse 1.30 hr Beziers 2 hrs
