Enjoy this elegant, central 2-room accommodation close to all amenities, shops and public transport. It is renovated : Entrance, living room with a dining area, air conditioning and heating and 2 double sofa beds, a large small balcony, a bedroom with bed 160x200 and dressing, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a foldable table + Stools, a shower room with a washing machine, separate toilets, all spacious and nicely decorated.

You have 2 bakeries, one on each side of the street. You have 1 to 2 minutes walk away Lidl Supermarket, Carrefour Express, Leclerc Supermarket. Several restaurants 1 to 2 minutes away as well. The Municipal Park Salengro 3 minutes walk.
