This farmhouse has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a bedroom on the mezzanine (access by small stairs). It can accommodate up to 9 people. The large room on the ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a large table and a modern kitchen with a central island. On the ground floor, you will also find a storage room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Household linen is included (tea towels, bath mats). End of stay cleaning option: 65e Double bed kit (bed linen and towels): 30e/bed Single bed kit (bed linen and towels): 25e/bed The night side is separated by 2 small steps and the corridor distributes 2 rooms with a sea view, each with a 160x200 bed, a room with a 90x200 bed and a bench that can be converted into two 80x200 beds (not separable), a WC and a shower room. On the first floor, an office/games room on the mezzanine with a sea view and a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 Outside you have access to : - A dining area with garden furniture - A large garden with a sea view

Completely renovated farmhouse in the small village of Guimaëc (1000 inhabitants) with sea views from the garden and the house. The house consists of a spacious and bright living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, and on the first floor a mezzanine office and a last bedroom.

Concierge service available on request (grocery delivery, train station/airport transfer,...) Pets are accepted in the accommodation, we will ask you to be careful not to leave any dog poop in the garden for the following tenants. Please let me know if you come with your pets. The house is located in a hamlet of 3 houses, without a busy road. The garden is not fenced and is on the edge of a field. In terms of activities, there is a sailing and surfing school in Locquirec (2kms), a pony club, numerous beaches, the GR34 along the coast, fishing on foot, boat trips, a golf course 30km away, local markets throughout the week. From Plougasnou, you can embark for the island of Batz (dogs allowed) or for the château du Taureau. Access to the beach: Poul Roudou beach - 10/15 minutes walk along the path that joins the GR Vili Izella Beach - 35/40 minutes walk along the path that joins the GR Beach of Moulin de la Rive in Locquirec - 6 minutes by car Beach of Plougasnou - 12 minutes by car 3 kilometres from Guimaëc, you will quickly reach the village and its shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher's shop). The nearest town to the house is Lanmeur, where you will find a supermarket with a petrol station, a medical centre and a veterinary clinic (less than 10 minutes drive from the house).
